Is it possible to track how many clicks were made per day/month on ad?
Also is there a way to put multiple ads on single ad space. For example I would like to have 2 banners on top 728×90 ad and the chance that a visitor gets one of them is 50:50.

Unfortunately, our theme does not any such an option for it, sorry! As a suggestion, you should try using the AdRotate plugin and check the results. Many of our users have used it, and they are satisfied with its functionality.
