I have tried several times to be approved by google adsense but they keep saying they can not find the code on my page.
I have added the code according to their guideline. is there something blocking them from seeing the code?

If I understand correctly, you set the ads in theme panel, here -> https://i.imgur.com/c6m9lYJ.png and there are no changings on live website.
You are using a pro demo, with a cloud header, those are not using the ads from theme panel. Pro demos are made using tagDiv Composer and cloud templates, all these can be edited with tagDiv Composer and the ads are set in ad box element -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-ad-spots/ ; the ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png

Is this the first adsense code that must be between ” head and head ” for asense to approve the page as you also mean?

Normal the standard code from adsense is set in our theme code, but if you need to set some code in head section you can set it here -> https://i.imgur.com/fZXG9V5.png this can be use if you want to us this type of ads -> https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9274516?hl=en&ref_topic=28893 then set this type of body ads -> https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9190028?hl=en&ref_topic=28893 as in my above examples.

This is because it’s the first code from google adsense that I should have added between ” head and head ”
I had done it in the theme, but google adsense could not find the code on my page. So could not be allowed to be approved to advance to the next step.
But I have tried what you have described and hope google adsense can find the code on my page now

They say:

Normal if the code is set as in this guide -> https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/7584263?hl=en and yours is set -> https://prnt.sc/vdv4al therefore it should be no problems as long the code is set in website head section.
Also when appear these types of problems you can check this guide -> https://support.google.com/adsense/troubleshooter/9502771?hl=en
Now if all these above settings are correct, then should be nor problems to display the ads.
