I have adsense autoads enabled, but some articles are not showing the ads, cold you hold.
Specifically all articles in some categories have ads, while ads in some category articles are not showing at all.

This is one of the articles where the ads are not showing up, i m not sure about the template thing, as far as I remember, i went with the default post template and didnt change it.
Above is just one of the article where it is not showing ads, ads are missing in random posts and all articles miss the google multiplex ads at the article bottom. And, some article top ads are also missing. Thats all i can say right now, if you want to check it out yourself from the backend, let me know, will provide you the credentials.

Excuse me, but I missed that you mentioned above that you use auto ads. This depends on the ads, not the theme, for example now are displayed https://i.imgur.com/dhiDojE.png
The auto ads are displayed where they fit correctly and do not consider where they are set https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9261805?hl=en

They are not excluded at all. I can see a lot of ads in the link you provided above.
If you do not set up the ads for each template, then they won’t load. The auto ads are displayed randomly on your website, you can not choose where to display them.
