I am writing to you because I would like to solve this problem. I have adsense in my site (Style Pro theme) configured via Tag manager.
I would like to prevent adsense from appearing in the first part of the page (from mobile).
From my adsense account I have disabled the area but it still keeps appearing (the test should be done directly from smartphone not using a simulator).
This goes to affect in my CLS creating many problems in core vitals on search console.
Could the theme be the problem? I have another site with Today News PRO theme and there I do not have this problem.
How will you be able to fix it, has anyone had this problem?

The auto ads are displayed where they fit correctly and do not consider where they are set https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9261805?hl=en. You can try to exclude them -> https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9262311?hl=en

Yes of course the advertisement is automatic, but as I have shown in the attached images you can disable the area where you do not want to see the advertisement.
With the Today News PRO theme it works (I don’t see the ads in that part) with the Style Pro theme instead it doesn’t work even if I disable the ads it keeps showing me the ads.
Now to solve it I should change the theme but it is a long work

The theme doesn’t have any effect on the type of the ads. Depends on the structure of the page.
