Adsense code modification by theme options

Hi, my developer tells me that theme options do something wrong and prohibited by Adsense: modify and adapt non responsive units.

How we can stop theme to modify automatically ads?

Hi,

Please notice that our theme does not modify the ads, sorry! It just takes the AD code and displays it on the frontend, sorry! Provide more details and screenshots to explain where exaclty the theme modify the ads.
