if you see my website in chrome from a windows desktop, the header and sidebar adsense ads aren’t showing and the same thing with the widget ad in footer 3. Can you fix it?

I’m not having that issue.
Try checking your console (F12) to see if there is a conflicting javascript error which might be breaking the load of the ad units.
Guess you got it fixed – I just went to your website in latest Chrome/Win10. The ads all work.
Perhaps try clearing your history/cache in your copy of Chrome; make sure it’s updated to latest version.
