About a week ago, I added Adsense code to my website- http://www.mentalhealthsuggestions.com. However, the advertisements are still not showing. It is showing a blank white background. I have the setting on Adsense to be that if no ads are available to show a different color background. So the problem is not the fact that no ads are available. Please help me with this.

I have checked your site and the ad code is there. The theme does render the ads but there are none being fed by google. Please contact adsense and let them know about the issue.
AS an alternative you can use adrotate (free plugin) to dismiss the theme ad system so you can see if the problem is theme related or adsense related. I say the theme renders the ads properly upon inspecting the ad spot.

I will definitely take up the issue with Google and see what they say. Sorry for bothering you about this. I’m never sure who to ask these questions to.
No problem at all. We actually get this issue a lot from adsense users. If the ad code is new it can take up to a few of days before the ad itself is displayed on the site. Google seems to have a pretty big delay in this regard.
