Hello,

I got an Adsense duble-click punishment, but I don’t know why. Because of that I want to increase the distance between the text and the ads in the articles/single posts. Where can I do that?

Thanks

Hello @Balint!

Please provide more information about the issue or what you need to achieve, screenshots or a video and your website link.

A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.

Thank you!

I want to enlarge the space (px) between the text and the ads.

The problem is that sometimes ads are to close to the text or a linked text. I want to enlarge this space between them.

Hello @balint!

You can try to adjust them with some CSS: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/

Thank you!

I don’t know how to do that. Is it not possible from the TagDiv Composer like at Sidebar?

Hello @balint!

Unfortunately, there is no CSS settings for inline ads in the single post templates. You can specify only where you can place the ad by specifying after how many paragraphs to display the ad.

Thank you!

Can you add this to a new theme update? It would be a useful element, to avoid Adsense punishment!

Hello @balint!

I’ve seen that the new update for the theme arrived in that day.

But can you help me with the CSS? I use the Single Post Template 2 for my articles page. What CSS code should is post to the Custom CSS to add space (20px) between the text element and the add.

I use all the ad places from the single post theme.

Thanks.

Hi,
Yes, there is a new theme update, you can see here what was added/fixed.
I can help you with the css, but for this I will need a link to your website and a screenshot with where to be indicate the elements where you want to have the space, in this way I can provide the css and make sure that it is apply on the right place.
Thank you!

Hello,

Since my problem is not resolved yet with the two-click punishment I have some questions to you. I use In-article responsive ad sizes on my article posts (single post theme) and I insert them on the Ad placement from the single post content Ads option.

I copy+paste the code that Adsense gives me for the In-article responsive ad without doing any changes. My problem is that the ad is expand use the full-width on the mobile page, like here: https://i.imgur.com/6z06cLF.png

I spoke with somebody and he told be this could be also a problem, and I should resolve this with the theme (some setting with the div).

Basically I want to set to show like here (these to examples are my friend website, he pasted the adsense code on his site and appeared like this:
https://i.imgur.com/HVM0jbZ.png
https://i.imgur.com/Wuoipra.png

Also in the Adsense example shows this example, with the margin between the ad and the site margin:

How can I set this on my site/theme? Is there any option? I use the Single Post Template 2.

Thanks.

Hi,
About the ads on mobile. Normally those should look like this https://i.imgur.com/do4tpAV.png there is set by default on mobile content 20px left/right padding. But in case that this is snot apply, then you can try other methods, for example select the ad box and set in css tab some margins -> https://i.imgur.com/gRQSVH3.png or set the adsense code in a div like this -> https://pastebin.com/m2jQfFfN
I hope this will help you!

Hello Calin,

Normally in the sidebar the ad is appearing OK, the problem is in the single post ad places. There I don’t see this 20px left/right padding, I can’t even set for the ads, and I use the Newspaper theme at 3 of my sites, and all of the themes are updated to the latest version.

It is safe to set the adsense code in this div?

Thanks

Minewhile I inserted the adsense code in this div at one of my sites, but no changes made, I use at this site the Ad Inserter plugin because at this site I use the old site builder sistem.

Hello @balint!

Did you solve the issue? If not, then please provide more information about what you did and it’s not working, so we can test it too.

Thank you!

No, not yet.

I want space between the ad and the site margin, like here: https://i.imgur.com/HVM0jbZ.png, because now for me it looks like this on single post content: https://i.imgur.com/6z06cLF.png

And I can’t set a margin for the ads in the single post, because there is no such option.

I also paste the div code Calin gave me, but it doesn’t work, even I delete the cache (https://pastebin.com/m2jQfFfN)

Thanks

Hello, I want to ask how to tell Google to show the Last Updated Date in SERP, is there any way to do it in the theme?

Post count: 21065

Hello!

@balint
If you want we can take a look at this and investigate why is not working for you. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin URL and credentials
– cpanel url and credentials

@Mechurka Stefanek
You can check some plugins for that. Unfortunately, we do not have any tested plugin with our theme in order to achieve what you need. Please check this recommendation: https://support.google.com/webmasters/thread/27643237/how-to-show-last-updated-date-of-posts-in-google-search?hl=en

Thank you!
