As the Newspaper theme automaticaly resize the adsense ads, what adsense code is better to paste in the ads section? Always the same responsive ad or different formats of ads?
I’m saying this because my CTR dropped from 3% to 0.5% since I moved from Hueman template to Newspaper… and I’m trying to discover what happened!

You can use the standard adsense ad in the theme panel and select the size you want for each section as our thee ad system provides the option to choose sizes directly from the theme panel.

Curious but where are your ads placed? Similar to your old theme?
Also what type of adsense ads are you using? Text, media, or both etc.
Yes, the ads are placed similar to my old theme and I tried with the same ad units as also with different ones (and always both types: image/text). The CTR is very low with Newspaper!
Likely your audience bought better adblocking software 😉
No doubt! And they bought the adblocker exactly in the same day I begin using the Newspaper theme! 😀
Coincidences can happen though 🙂 but not likely in this case. Try one more thing. If you think the theme has anything to do with it, install ‘adrotate’ and use the adsense ads through the plugin. This way the theme will have absolutely no influence over the ads. Test it out and see what happens.
