Is there any way that you can update the Adsense portion of the theme to support Synchronous and Asynchronous placement? Possibly just a checkbox or radio buttons during ad creation?

realistically with the new Page Speed push for mobile speed optimizations and such, and Google’s new asynchronous support for AdSense now working properly, typically the AdSense code should be async by default.
