Is it possible to position an Ad in any of these locations :
1) Below header but above breadcrumbs
If the above is not possible – is this possible 2) below breadcrumbs but above post / page title?
I have tried using Post Template Style 12, 13 but none of them show Ads.
I do not want an Ad in header.

If you want to display the Ads using the Post Template Style 12,13, you should add this in Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/312aS4uWFix
If is not what you mean, please provide more details about where exactly you want to add the Ads, provide some screenshots so I can understand what you want to do.

Here is the screenshot where I want it to be. I just need at this location and not in header (which I think what Post Template Style 12,13,does).

For your second request, please notice that if you want to make your main container being wider, also you will have to change the width of the theme and please notice that our product does not have such an option for dynamic width and we do not recommend to do that through the custom CSS code because the layout of the theme will be damaged. If you want to change the width of the theme to be in full-width mode, please notice that is not a simple task and you will have to adjust the entire theme to the new width for better results.
If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

Thanks. It works – I am able to display the Ad now.
Regarding the page width, I just want two things –
1) At bottom of an article a space so that a 728×90 Ad can be displayed at the bottom of the article, when I have a side bar. I am not sure what is the width available right now, but it does not seem 728 px to me.
2) In side bar, ability to display a 336×280 Ad.
Apart from that I have no other intention to increase the width.
Please let me know if there is a way out by decreasing side padding etc.

For your second request, if you want to reduce the padding for your ad, you should use a bit of CSS code to fix it and that’s why your website is required so I can inspect it closer.

Regarding Adsense, are you saying that if I use a particular Ad size just like you mentioned, irrespective of the size of say side bar or text portion of the text at end of post that size will be shown? For example, will 720×90 be shown if I choose it at bottom of post?
