I just checked your website and for me your ads are display correctly https://greeneuropetoday.com/
Maybe the users that access your website to have some adblocker or something that is blocking the ads, in this case in console is usually display an error message like this one “Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT” if is so, then you can try this tutorial to fix it https://www.techinpost.com/fixed-error-err_blocked_by_client-code-problem-instantly/
