After changing to https all my facebook likes are gone

Hi Guys,

Today i changed my site to SSL- https and everything went well except losing all my facebook likes on the pages

I have Yoast Seo and it works well, but i dont know what to do about the likes..

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi

It seems that Facebook treats http and https links as two different pages and that’s why likes are lost after you switched from one protocol to another. Hey everyone,

The social counter facebook id is case sensitive. If your facebook profile uses capital letters like fb.com/PacificTribune then you must capitalize the letters otherwise your likes will not show.
