After domain mapping, settings in theme panel lost

Hi,

We are using newspaper theme.
We have changed domain name of site and also updated urls in database.
But after that, all settings that we did in newspaper theme panel are disappeared/lost. E.g. Font size, advertise, logo, social share icons in header and footer.

My previous domain name was deshdoot.cloudapp.net and current is http://www.deshdoot.com .
In database wherever we found old url we have replaced with new url.
Can anyone help me in this issue?
Also, Do we need to revert back database changes for theme? which tables?

Hello manjiri,

In this case, a valid solution for your would be to return to the initial state (if you have a full backup)and then to export all the theme settings from here -> http://screencast.com/t/AuOQrvJLxttt and then you can switch to your new domain and then import the theme settings from the panel. For more information about this feature, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/ Please keep in mind that is the only solution in this regard, otherwise you will have to do all your settings from scratch.
