Bug1: After Installing Newspaper theme in Admin Pannel I have to see only three tabs WELCOME,PLUGINS and SUPPORT.Am not able to see system status ,theme panel, demo install tabs in newspaper tab.
Bug2:
After installing newspaper-theme-fix plugin in newspapper theme my Admin Pannel is not working.

BUG 1. you will have to activate the required TagDiv Plugins: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-wordpress/
Bug 2. This is not an official or tested Newspaper Theme plugin, therefore it is not covered by the support team.
