After migrating to NP12 (latest), Footer options show NO options

Hi, I upgraded the NP theme to the latest version and under Theme Panel, Footer shows blank options.

What am I missing? Previously I was on NP 9.0.1.

Solved. After installing tagDiv Standard Pack, all is working fine. You may close the ticket.
