All settings in widget area are disappeared after update the theme. This problem id not only for last version of theme. I see this issue more than one year. I update theme as instructed, but is there any way to save or export widget, and import that settings in new updated theme. I need an hour to restore all settings one by one

Sorry for the inconvenience but if you update the theme and do not update the tagdiv composer plugin immediately (the first thing you do) then the widgets will be gone.
Keep this in mind for any future update After you update the theme, make sure you press update for the tagdiv composer as the absolute first thing you do in the dashboard.

OK, that’s ok. But can you explain me procedure when I want to downgrade the theme from 9.7.2 to 9.5 ? Only with that theme version, I don’t have any problem, all after having some bugs. Now in 9.7.2. I try to write some custom CSS in theme panel-mobile theme-custom CSS, and theme just can’t remember settings after savings.
Do I need to delete first theme folder, or first to deactivate plugins and delete them and after that to change theme with old and install plugins?
