I have a huge problem, after update, mobile version of my website is working totally wrong.

The theme is still 7.3 but the fix was implemented after 7.3 was released. Please download the theme again, delete your current theme and install the freshly downloaded one. The version is the same but the fix will be present.
As an alternative, here is the fix needed:
Add this code in the mobile theme’s function.php:
td_global::$td_options = get_option(TD_THEME_OPTIONS_NAME); //read the theme settings once

If I will delete the theme, and install it again, my settings and materials wont be lost?

Just in case, please try to make a full back-up for your data. Please notice that all your information will be loaded in your database and when you switch your theme to another one, all of these will be recognised by the new theme.
