Hi,
Please make sure that the necessary theme plugins are installed, those are tagdiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, also, in some cases it’s needs to install the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin. Those plugins can be installed from Newspaper > plugins.
Thank you!

They are installed and activated
the header that i had is missing and the templates made for the posts are missing too.

Hi,
The settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases); in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/

Thank you!

This is ridiculous, i am sory to say it.
I am using Child theme to be able to update with out problems, but after the update i lost everything was used/downloaded from your cloud.
You come after the update when i create the ticket, to tell me that i had to back up from the theme.

@Anamaria:
I had to do a manual website restoration to get old theme panel settings, copy/paste them, then restore again and paste the theme panel settings there to return the website to how it was. The problem is, the mobile version is still broken even after restoring a Theme Panel backup. My mobile templates don’t look like the ones I had before even after a complete restore.

@Being smart:
And anyone with same issue, go to Newspaper -> Theme Panel -> Import/Export and restore one of the backups under “Theme Panel Settings Backup”. Just make sure if the website breaks not to do any tagdiv changes, or those 5 exports will be overwritten, in that case you will have to rollback an old backup of the entire website to get the old exports.

Hello,

Please disable the minify the inline css and clear the cache, check after the mobile templates.

Thank you!
