dear sir,
after updating my theme to the latest my whole website is crash, wordpress software comunication disconnect with the wordpress and got error on opening wp side. i come back to the previous version of the theme but still my problem didnot resolve, how i will recover my site ? i don’t have fresh backup of my site, the main problem is wordpress software is also did not comunicate with wordpress site

Hello,
Please use ftp to remove the theme and plugins from your install to get access back to your site. What are the errors you are receiving?
