Dear Support,
Good day!
This is for you kind concern that after I made update of the theme on 02/06/2019 none of my theme settings, i.e. Post Setting, Block Setting etc. are working but only loading!
Looking forward to your kind response.
Many thanks and kind regards,
Reza
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hi, Thanks for getting back to me.
After disabling all plugins except the page builder, “CLEAR CACHE” – Here, clear cache means browser cache?
If you mean to say theme cache, please advise me how do I do that as I use to clear cache by another plugin.
Also, by saying DISABLE, you meant deactivate or, deactivate as well as “DELETE”?
Looking forward to your kind response.
Thanks and regards!
Hi,
Deactivated all plugins except page builder according to your instruction but it’s as is!
Please check this link for the image:

Looking froward to your next instruction.
Thanks and regards!

@mrhreza Sorry for the delay, replied via email.
@fireonline Some more exact details would be very helpful. What exactly is the problem?
What was the problem with hosting provider? Experiencing the same problem after an update.
Hi,
@arnimation From what I can find the problem from above was caused by the host blocking theme access to the admin-ajax file. The theme uses this file for various operations, including the theme panel.
