I just wanted to edit my exiting cloud templates, but it’s not possible anymore: I get an error like
Errors at columns elements: 1(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
and the editors shows a 404 error.
I saw, that a lot of people do report this error and the answer is always: Please give as login data, we have to look at it.
Is there a general solution for this error? What do I have to do to edit my templates again?

There is no general solution since the issue is not general. You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
