Something strange happens when cursive text is being published. When I put text in cursive in WordPress, it automatically puts it into bold too when published. A good example can be found in our most recent article (https://unric.org/nl/jongeren-zetten-eerste-stappen-in-duurzaam-ondernemen/) : the words ‘Futur Défi’ and ‘Défidée’ are meant to be only shown in cursive but are being published in bold as well. Same story for the photo captions. There is no issue when text is deliberately put in bold, as with the subtitles.

I just made some tests on my install and for me the text is display correctly, when I set it on italic, this is display only as italic https://i.imgur.com/rBlMoUG.jpg
Please check to see if this problem is not caused by an extra plugins or code that you are using, also make sure that you clear all cache.

Sorry for some reason the email was in my junk. I have checked everything but didn’t manage to find the problem, this is a new bug we didn’t have any issue with before. I have indeed clear cache. I can give you access to see what can cause this.
