After updating theme to the latest, i can not upload any pictures

Hello,

I have updated the theme. I can not upload pictures to the site, it is giving “HTTP error”. It was not happening before the update. I have checked Newspaper system status. Everything seems as it is supposed to be. Your urgent help is needed.
