After the update to 9.7.2 I complete all the indicated steps, in the home screen, the rest of the pages and in the individual notes the thumbs are not displayed. And in any of the blocks you can see the thumbnails.
The pages are designed with the WPBakery Page Builder.
What solution is there for this?

Hi,
I could take a look, please post a link to the websites. If images are not appearing, it could be a conflict between the theme lazyload and other plugins. Try disabling the theme lazyload and see if the problem is fixed – http://prntscr.com/nl1pp5
