I installed the api plugin, updated the booster plugin nothing happened. Disabled the plugins the same error.

Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all the caches and all of the untested plugins, purge CDN files and check the results.

After updating to 8.5.1 I still see the same error:

This is only when I am logged in.
