Hi,
Sorry for the encountered issue, do you use a child theme? if you do make sure you check the custom code added in it. The error specifies that you try to declare a function which has already been declared.
If you cannot find the cause please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com , paste a link to this thread and provide wp-admin so i can take a look.

i removed theme folder and reinstall this theme. i think problem solved.
