Im trying to find where to change the color of the font for the AJAX CATEGORIES DROPDOWN.

Hello!

It seems you use a cloud template, so you can change the font color by editing the homepage with Tagdiv Composer. For example: https://www.screencast.com/t/QZqp5vN3h3N ; https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
