Amazing theme. Really glad to have used it thus far. So many great features, kudos to the team 🙂
I am running into an problems using the Ajax Filter on the Block.
I have categorized my posts as follows:
Type (Parent)
–Popular
–Spotlight
–Mainstream
–Team
Location (Parent)
–NorCal
–NY Metro
–SoCal
Each block on my home page is filtered by each Type above (Popular, Spotlight, Mainstream, Team) and then I set the AJAX filter to sort by Location.
However, once I filter by location using the AJAX filter, it shows me ALL posts within that location. How can I fix the filter or location categories in order to ensure the ajax filter works appropriately? I want the Type filter to stay on for the block, while filtering by Location using the ajax to bring up the appropriate posts.

Thanks but how can I have the AJAX filter keep the original filter? I.e filter results containing BOTH categories Popular and NorCal for instance?

I was able to fix the categories filter 🙂 I created each location three times, with unique slugs and nested them underneath each Type Parent listed above, removing the Location parent altogether.
However, the AJAX Filter isn’t pulling the posts. It begins to think and then go white.
Any ideas on how to fix the ajax pull?

Hi,
From the images you have uploaded I see that the ajax filter is properly set. It may be an ajax error so please check this without any plugins active except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if you still have this issue.
If this doesn’t fix it please provide your site url so we can take a look.
