ajax counter does not indicate the correct data. How to fix?

Hi,

Please provide more details, the theme counter works like this – the views counter increments every time the article is viewed even if you refresh the page it should increment.

There are not working. The counter stops and shows an example of 8 hits. Google Statistics show more, much more. Bad display on the update subject. Maybe it’s the plug wp-cache? What is the best to use to plug the cash side?

Hi,

Ajax view use javascript so in case that you have some javascript errors it may affect view counter. Please check this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and open an articles and refresh it for few times and check if the view count works – http://screencast.com/t/gJ9uEsRYoIj
Regarding the cache plugin we recommend WP Super Cache, we use it also on our demo and we suggest to be used by default(settings).
