Alert box shortcodes doesn't work

Hi,
I can’t use alert box shortcodes because it doesn’t work.
How can I use it?

Now in my posts appears [box type=”alert”] code and I can’t see the feature in editor’s menu.

Hi, I remember that in past I had some options in text editor bar that allow me to add ALERT BOX and it get a shortcode like this [box type=”alert”] …. [/box] and shown an alert box.

Now my website doesn’t show any box but shortcodes in text.

Hello jad,

Hi,
I’ve just tested ACF plugin and it doesn’t work.

I think that there is a problem with shortcodes.

How can I solve problems with all shortcodes?
Them before worked fine.

Sorry but please notice that plugin has not been tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with the theme. Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.
