Align my header navigation

Hi,

currently my header navigation bar is stretched fully, and my footer is fixed in the center.

I would like to make it that way, just like this forum layout. How do I change it?

recently, i’ve detected malware but i’ve no idea how to get rid of it. Is it from the theme?

I’ve gotten a malware javascript on my site and i would like to know how I can remove it.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.
