All Categories not appearing in Theme Options

Firstly – thanks for this theme – its awesome.

I have a problem where all of my 126 post categories are not appearing in multiple areas of Newspaper. This image shows

This show the Newspaper’s Theme Panel > Categories area:

Note how I have scrolled to the bottom. There are many categories missing, it only shows about 30 instead of 126.

And this image shows a select list in a Visual Composer “Edit block” modal popup when editing a page. It shows same number of categories as in the last screenshot:

How can this be fixed so we can work with all our categories?

Those categories are empty? Do you have posts there?

Hi. Some were empty at the time of writing the above, but I have now linked a page to all categories, and the problem is the same. Thanks for helping! What should I do next?
