Allow comments on pages

I can not open the possibility to write comments on the page.
Although all settings are enabled.

Hi,

After you add the line, on every page that use template “Homepage-blank” you will have comments.

I defined the page as “Homepage-blank”. And the discussion turned on.

Please make sure that you don’t have enable “Disable comments sitewide” from Theme Panel > Post Settings: http://screencast.com/t/2ThYMlKo
