Allow preview of locked content

I would like to allow a preview of my locked content as the WSJ does as shown in this screengrab https://imgur.com/a/GjTNklf. Please advise how.

You can use the option to have a preview.
tagDiv Partial Locker -> Hides content below the block behind a locker -> https://i.imgur.com/Yv4pQ19.png
tagDiv Section Locker -> Hides content inside the block behind a locker -> https://i.imgur.com/p8Az6ub.png
