My website already install newspaper mobile theme when I install AMP plugin can I faces any problem.

two different things. AMP has nothing to do with theme’s mobile theme. So, works just fine. AMP is a new endpoint yoursite.ooo/post/amp and doesn’t use anything from the mobile theme and only works if Google deems it ‘worthy’ to show to people in SERPS.
