I see the problem, never saw something like this before however. Could you make a quick test and deactivate all non-theme plugins and check again?

Also investigate code in the htaccess, try for example to remove all the code found there (make a backup) and re-save the permalinks in WordPress settings. Then try again.

AMP seems to work in the localhost with same exact code. Is the AMP plugin needs any ftp access? Because we use sftp. Also we are running on a dedicated ubuntu server and integrated with cloudflare.
The corrupted HTML notice is still displayed. If it works on localhost it may be a problem with the server, can’t say I know what it could be however.
Did you enter any code in the theme panel AMP section maybe (ad codes, analytics)? Remove it and test again if you did.
You could also make a test with the original WordPress AMP plugin

Check if the AMP pages load properly with it. Deactivate our plugin and check with that one.
Thanks for the link. I installed this plugin AMP plugin. It did give a error of server configuration. “The AMP plugin requires DOM extension in PHP. Please contact your host to install DOM extension.” We have installed required thing now it works perfect with your plugin as well thanks.
