I know you don’t worry there and this may be a little out of place here, but then could be theme related – hope you don’t mind the question should you see this.
I’m getting lots of AMP error in Search Console, using Yoast SEO latest plus WP AMP (No PageFrog) but out of all indexed pages – 74 show errors – 14 are ok
I’ve seen your post on a related question on .org as you seem to be the only person who understands it!
They are all ‘Prohibited ‘tag’ and ‘Unknown Syntax error’ – wouldn’t the plugin serve the correct error-free format? Or do I need to do something different – again I’ve read your other posts but lack the skills (I think) to fix

WORK there – I’m sure you worry there 🙂
Main issues are
a) search remove any alignment tags from WP like on paragraphs which should have been CSS classes
b) look for weirdo iframe syntax errors, as some of those not sure how to fix
c) make sure anything loaded from external locale is https (like YouTube, any “embeds” of ANY kind …)
the AMP plugin, + Yoast SEO, + Yoast ‘glue’ plugin can fix some stuff in meta, but NOT stuff in the content.
