AMP Excludes?

Hello there, I have some video posts and the video’s couldnt be in AMP cause they are flowplayer and AMP does not work with Flowplayer…. So i want to exclude a category such as Video News from my AMP’s is there a way to do this, such as a code for fucntions.php or any plans on making Exclude Categories for AMP Pages?
