amp notification

hello sir we using newspaper theme and using mobile theme and amp plugin please tell me where to place header and body html code for notification popup (we triying to place theme file editor header.php under head secion but not work/ option 2 triying to place plugin file editor amp plugin start.php under head and body but this is not work) please suggest i am using notix helpm please help https://tiwariproduction.com please dont suggest any article link suggest me only step by step where to place……

Please try to add the code in Theme Panel -> Analytics/ Js code -> https://i.imgur.com/VZ8NSLM.png
If still does not work, then try to add it to those files wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/header.php
 and wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/header-amp.php
