AMP pages failling Google Search Test

Hi I just setup the last version of AMP Plugin on Newspaper Theme, but when traying to test the amp pages with:

https://search.google.com/test/amp
https://validator.ampproject.org

The had some errors or aren’t found by the validator giving a 404.

Maybe I did something wrong… Can you help me to figure it out?

I used this URL on the test:
http://www.tendencia24.com/2018/07/14/james-podria-regresar-al-madrid/
and
http://www.tendencia24.com/2018/07/14/james-podria-regresar-al-madrid/amp

on both fail.

Thanks.

Hello,

Please hit the save button for your permalinks again. This fixed the error for most users.
You do not need to change the permalink structure, just press the save button

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks.

Hello,

I saved my permalinks, but the result is still the same.
I replace the amp part of the URL, with ?amp=1 and it shows the AMP version of the page, is this normal?

If I try those URL whit ?amp=1 at the end on the validators, they works but with the amphtml ending on /amp it fails.

Any Idea is welcome,
Thanks.

Hi,

You seem to have some unusual URL parameters, I tried the link you provided
https://www.screencast.com/t/PdibZt8swb
What exactly is that parameter at the end of the URL? It seems to appear for all posts, categories etc.
AMP also detects some unusual content in your post pages, I believe that is plugin related

Try to deactivate all your plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Check if the same happens.

Thanks

Thanks Simion, I saw what you find, and disable all the plugins but it still doesn’t work.

I change the structure of the permalinks, and when saved it works as described by Bogdan.

Thanks, Both.

Also be aware AMP now requires https, so unless your site is fully https SSL/TLS compatible, AMP serves no purpose. So you need to use the ‘https’ URL for testing properly.

Further, you need to have pages loading properly, and without errors:
(so test your pages with ads turned OFF to ensure not causing https fails)

Mixed Content: The page at '<URL>' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image '<URL>'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.
player.js?player_id=3628:1550 Uncaught DOMException: Blocked a frame with origin "https://securepubads.g.doubleclick.net" from accessing a cross-origin frame.

Sorry, I found the solution Here

It was caused by addthis plugin by having Track address bar shares option checked.

Thanks.
