What kind of AMP plugin or implementation are you using? The posts and other pages seem to have AMP available – http://prntscr.com/n2z8p1 – http://prntscr.com/n2z8zh only the homepage doesn’t.
Our solution consists of mobile theme and official AMP plugins, as mentioned here
– https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/
But using these plugins is not required or forced, you can use other AMP plugins if needed.

The homepage will not be AMP, only simple pages containing no composer elements can be AMP. Such as the pages in the footer – https://elevatedgarage.com/privacy-policy/
Activating the mobile theme the homepage will be AMP ready, it will use a predefined template, not composer content.
