An article in video format in banner has some problems when pressing icon

When I have a video format article, the play sign appears on the banner.

But, if you try to press the button to enter the article, it only works in some parts of the icon.

It’s not the video.

In the homepage, when the video image appears on the slider, with the play icon, if you put your mouse over the play button, some areas don’t work.

And the problem is I tested the website with some people and everyone did the same thing: when the page loads, go straight to the icon and click several times with no success.

I think the link button is offset the icon.
