I am unable to make use of the cloud template, I cannot add new one and I cannot update the theme as well.
Cloud template section says invalid key while update section says.
“Please reset the key from the System status tab and try to activate it again, or contact our customer support team at contact@tagdiv.com.
If you don’t have a valid license key, you can get one now and continue to enjoy the full benefits of this great product.”

– admin url and credentials
– the license certificate and purchase code
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
– specify the current domain you need to assign the license key
