Recently I’ve been getting the error “An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key” everytime I purchase and activate your license on a website.
First I insert and activate the license with no problems. But when I navigate to “Prebuilt Websites” to find a suitable theme the above error starts. I’ve tried to reset and deactivate the license numerous times and activate it again to no avail. With the first few websites, this trick fixed it, but recently the last 2 websites I got a license for I cannot proceed to install any “Prebuilt Websites” and now I’m stuck in a loop.
Can you please tell me how to fix this, so I can continue using your nice themes?
Some technical info:
– WordPress websites php7 with litespeed
– only a handful of plugins and I’ve tried to disable them to see if it made a difference
Unfortunately I cannot help you , the only thing I can tell you is that I am experiencing the same problem , under the same conditions as you .
I activate the license , then I try to move to the menus and I get the warning that I do not have the valid license .

Update.
Tagdiv support solved the issue for me – I gave them access to my WP-admin. I asked about the solution and got this:
I had to change the timeout for that function. But now we want to upgrade the server and soon this should no longer be a problem.
So I suppose this problem will soon be solved – hope it helps otherwise I advise you to reach out to Tagdiv on the email above and I believe they’ll help fix it.
