An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key

We are facing an issue with importing a pre-built website layout to the website, and after adding the purchase code this theme is showing as registered but getting the above error.

Please help me to fix this issue as soon as possible.

Hello @tekedia!

Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem is still there, then contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– the license certificate and purchase code
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
