When i am trying to update my older version to newer version i am facing this error message on the screen “An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key, Please reset the key from the System status tab and try to activate it again, or contact our customer support team at contact@tagdiv.com.”
Even I already reset the key from system status but the issue is still the same please guide me how can i fix this I already mail to customer support but not receive any reply from them. please fix this issue.
