While my homepage is loading, I dont want any gaps to occur like your dentist demo (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_dentist/)
Please help me to solve this problem.

Hello!

The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!

Thank you!

Hi again
I deactivated all plugins except tagDiv ones. https://prnt.sc/137sfww
But it doesn’t work again.
I removed custom css code that removes gap between banner and navigation.
Now there is a gap between navigation bar and banner. https://prnt.sc/137tj1n
It is really nonsense. This should be a bug.
I just want to use NEWSPAPER PRO demo with a banner below navigation. There should not be a gap between navigation and banner while the page is loading and in the normal page view.(like that https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_dentist). That’s all I want.
Such a simple thing should not be impossible.
Why does the NEWSPAPER PRO demo leave a gap between navigation and banner? May be it is a bug!

Please help me

Hello!

There is a default header template. Please try to add this CSS code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS:

.home .td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 0!important;
}

Thank you!

Hi
Your CSS code causes other problems with the banner. Please watch video https://youtu.be/PpQVV3ueC8I
If you want to see this serious problem in details yourself, please go to the website prodimarc.com. Zoom in and zoom out your browser window from 100% to 67% and scroll down and scroll up. You will see the banner turns into different ridiculous sizes!..
Oh my God it is really too bad.
You will understand what I mean when you watch this video https://youtu.be/cR032pMiDMY

In addition, could you please pay attention to the loading of the image on the banner?

Is it normal?

I think this gap problem is about newspaper pro demo. It automatically leaves a gap below navigation.
I am having the same problem with my other pages.
Please check it out: https://prnt.sc/138iese https://prnt.sc/138iizv

Hello!

That gap has design purposes. If you want to edit it out you should be able to do it through tagDiv composer. Check my example here: https://www.screencast.com/t/c4VJBI3t as you can see here you can have fun with the CSS coding.

Thank you!
