Analytics Integration

I have integrated Google Analytics in http://www.topfgartenwelt.com. In the last few days I have changed the permalink structure and now I have the problem that it seems that Google Analytics not really counts the traffic. It shows me for example 52 visitors in total but I have more the 400 hundred impressions for ads. And also the data in the Google Search Console shows me more than 800 clicks for the day only from organic search. What could be the problem?

Please note that this is not a Newspaper Theme request since it is SEO Related. All that I can say it is that it may take a bit until the permalinks are fully indexed. You have to contact google for more information.

I did some research and it seems that the code for the implementation of Google Analytics has change. Now I took the code provided by Google itself and it seems that it works again correctly.
