Anchor don't work on phones, and tablets.

Hi, I have a problem in theme newsmag, the anchor is not pressed a finger on phones and tablets. I use a standard code for the anchors, but they are not working. How to fix it?
Cod example what i try:
1)

<span>anchor2</span>

I’ve test this on my side and seams that the anchor links don’t work on tablets and mobile devices. I’ve added this on our issue tracker and will try to fix it in the next theme’s updates.

Note that some browsers prefer to have the full URL and not just the #

such as
linktosomething.com/mygroovypage#jump

I do all my links explicitly like that after running into this awhile back with a FAQ page not working on some browsers for jump links!
